When a home warranty company assigns a service request to us, we may receive information needed to coordinate that work order. We use service information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, diagnose and coordinate repairs, provide parts and work order updates, maintain service records, and address customer questions. Where necessary, we also use information to protect our systems and meet applicable obligations.
SMS consent and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is provided directly to Verittas LLC for the Verittas LLC Service Updates program. Consent provided to a home warranty company or any other third party is not treated as consent to receive SMS messages from Verittas LLC.
Our SMS program provides appliance service communications, including appointment scheduling, technician arrival updates, repair status, and parts updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving service. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Service-related disclosures
We may disclose information reasonably needed to coordinate your service to assigned technicians, service providers, and your home warranty company. Providers supporting hosting, communications, and recordkeeping may process information to perform those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. The restrictions on mobile marketing and SMS consent sharing above apply to these disclosures.
Website technology and external services
Our service request form collects the details you submit and transfers them securely to our internal service inbox for staff review. Submitting the form does not create an appointment or enroll you in SMS. The form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicates. Our hosting provider may maintain server logs; a keyed identifier derived from your IP address is used to limit abuse. This website does not use advertising trackers. External services may have additional privacy notices.
Retention and security
